ABOUT YOUR COACH

Thank you for visiting my website!

 

I am and always have been passionate about helping people achieve their true potential. I help my clients improve their overall health, body composition, physical and mental performance, and quality of life and I absolutely adore what I do!

 

My coaching methods are built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, as I believe the coaching process and programming within that should be enjoyable and specific to the individual. I love what I do and I wouldn't change it for the world.

I also love learning and will never stop working to improve my knowledge. I have my own podcast - 'The Female Fitness Podcast' on Spotify, Soundcloud, and Apple Podcasts, and have set up a free Facebook community called 'The Flourishing Society' to help people tackle and prevent common issues that can rear their heads as they navigate their fitness journeys such as relationship with food struggles, poor body image, and feeling 'lost' after transitioning away from fat loss phases or competing in sport.

NUTRITION

Nutritional programming to suit you

The nutrition and supplementation protocols I advise to you as a client will be specific and individual, they will fit your own lifestyle as one size does not fit all. I provide macronutrient goals along with an example of how you could structure your day to achieve the best results possible.

TRAINING

Training Programming

You will have your training programmed for you as an individual, and space to track it so we can monitor your progress over time. I also encourage clients to send training videos in order to give them feedback on their form & execution.

ONLINE COACHING

With a personal touch

No generalised training programs or one size fits all meal plans. I deliver online coaching which is specific to you and your goals. You will have my constant support throughout as your coach with thorough check ins and frequent communication. Your training and nutrition protocols will be updated wherever necessary.
