MEET THE TRAINER
I am and always have been passionate about health and fitness. I compete in Bikini Fitness myself and coach both competitors and non competitors.
My training methods and nutrition protocols are built around the unique abilities and goals of each one of my clients, as I believe training and nutrition should be enjoyable and specific to the individual. I love what I do, and I care as much about my clients success (if not more) than I do my own.
I have my level 2 Fitness Instructor and level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications which I obtained with Premier Training.
I also have my Applied Nutrition and Supplementation Qualification which I studied and completed with Phil Learney's Advanced Coaching Academy.
I am currently working towards my Sports Nutrition Diploma with Guru Performance, and have been working as a self employed Online Coach & Personal Trainer for 5 years now, and pride myself in the fact I practice what I preach and do a lot of research in my own time.

Nutritional programming to suit you
The nutrition and supplementation protocols I advise to you as a client will be specific and individual, they will fit your own lifestyle as one size does not fit all. I provide macronutrient goals along with an example of how you could structure your day to achieve the best results possible.
You will have your training programmed for you as an individual, and space to track it so we can monitor your progress over time. I also encourage clients to send training videos in order to give them feedback on their form & execution.
With a personal touch
No generalised training programs or one size fits all meal plans. I deliver online coaching which is specific to you and your goals. You will have my constant support throughout as your coach with thorough check ins and frequent communication. Your training and nutrition protocols will be updated wherever necessary.
